More Rainbow Wings, Plus the Return of the Titania Wings

Everyone loves the rainbow wings and since many were sad they missed the other set I made, I made the Cosette Pix fairy wings in the Electric Rainbow Palette with black veins.

Front view of a dress form wearing an underbust corset & large rainbow iridescent fairy wings featuring antennae along the top. Upper panels come to a point, bottom panels have tails. Spikey, detailed black veins

Rather than charge more for them just so I can make a donation to an LGBTQ organization, I'm going to instead just ask that you all donate if you can to one directly. I'm tapped out right now due to donating hundreds to Gaza aid and I haven't produced & sold nearly as much as I needed to this last few months due to chronic illness flares, and other snags.
I've donated a lot in the last few years to Transgender Law Center, because trans people in this country are in the crosshairs of the alt-right and facing so much hate & discrimination. The right is really trying to eliminate trans people by banning their existence, this could become a sort of silent genocide and we can't let that happen.

The Electric Rainbow Cosette wings will be $579 plus shipping.

I’ll also be listing this set of Extra Large Elvina Fairy Wings in Opal with gold veins, they’d be perfect for a bride, or anyone who wants a more realistically sized set of wings. Like I mentioned in the last couple sales, I’ve gone back to the original gold powder coating for the veins. They will be $699 plus shipping.

Finally, I’m bringing the Titania wings back! They’ve been retired for quite a few years and I wasn’t sure if I’d make them again - I made so many that I got bored - but the AliExpress and Amazon knockoffs got me angry, so I decided to make them again. I can’t have bad copies out there, so now you can buy them from the original creator - me! There will be 2 sets, each priced a bit more affordably than most of my wings at $195 each plus shipping.

I even made a meme out of one of the most viral photos of the Titania wings from my old painted Titania wings Etsy listing, since others had been making memes with it without credit or permission. For whatever reason, it’s doing better on my Instagram than the majority of my posts do, so I guess I should make more memes?

I’ll also have a set of the Pansy painted Pumpkin Spice wings so I can keep all the autumn fairies happy in the midst of my love for the cool colors of the spectrum.

These will all be ready to ship, listing at 11am PDT on Sunday, June 23 in my Flash Sale page here: https://fancy-fairy-wings-things.myshopify.com/collections/flash-sales

Remember the listings won’t show up until the start time.

Fairy Wing Jewelry Flash Sale Saturday, 2/12 at 1pm PST

The faux opal jewelry is complete! Made with polymer clay and metal wing veining, topped with clear resin.

The veining is made from thin brass and nickel silver, and all are my original wing designs that you won't find anywhere else.

I'll be selling 1 or 2 of the faux opal brass ones as a set with both earrings and necklace for $144, and the necklace on its own will be $79.

One of the left-facing faux opal brass Colette wing necklaces will be marked down as irregular because it had some excess glue around the brass bail causing it to be a bit dulled and the area immediately surrounding it a little scuffed, so that's why that close-up is there. It will be $59

The silver Colette wing necklaces will also be priced slightly lower than the brass ones as there is some scuffing near the top of the pendant from an attempt at a glue-on bail that did not work out and had to be scraped off, though it's mostly hidden by the star charms. They will be 60 each.

They're still special in their own way though because they're from the very first run when I made the veins a lot thinner and they were all kept in the design. But, because they were too thin for the material, some of the smallest veins were lost or had breaks in them so the new ones will look like the brass versions you see here - thicker veins and not quite as many of them.

One of the Datura faux opal & brass necklaces will also be slightly discounted at $55 due to it having some tiny bubbles in the resin, and some of the polymer clay ended up covering a few vein areas when I embedded the metal into the clay. It is, however, the sparkliest one! The others will be $69 each. The left facing one was photographed at night under a bright light because I forgot to do it with the rest earlier, oops! However, I do like how the spot light brings out even more of the glimmer in the ‘opal’.

The pinkish glittery resin Nightshade necklace will also be sold with glitter resin Nightshade earrings to make a set for $65.

The multi-color glitter earrings will be marked down as irregular for $25 since both earrings face right, and the Datura glitter resin and silver earrings will be $25 each. That one set of the thin-veined Colette earrings with the magenta-violet shimmer resin will be $18, they have a few bubbles as you can see in the photo but they are also one of those rare ones that won't be made again.

Shipping is additional.
