Fairy Wing Info
All Fancy Fairy wings are made of a cut aluminum sheet frame from my own original design files. The frames have been powder coated in either Gold, Copper, Black or Pearl, and laminated inside iridescent film and vinyl. The U shaped brace allows them to be worn by either slipping them into the back of any very snug outfit, or, wearing them with the included clear elastic straps. The wings are water resistant, and although I can't give a 100% guarantee against damage, single film color wings have been known to survive underwater. Painted wings have not yet been proven safe underwater.
If purchasing items from any of my print-on-demand stores, please note these items are made and shipped from a different location, any customer service issues should be directed to agents at those sites.
Sales and Return Policies
Due to the special occasion and seasonal nature of these products, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted except in the case of serious defect or damage upon receipt.
Please contact me asap if you have any problems with your order. If your package and item arrives damaged, we must file a damage claim with the carrier.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies but is usually 3 business days for ready to ship items. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs and do not know what the fees will be when shipping. Do not ask me falsify the customs form for international shipments by marking your package as 'gift' or claiming the value as far lower than it is, as this carries heavy penalties and possible loss of international shipping privileges.
